Any tour with Chris and his crew is a must do when in Lombok. In fact, Authentic Lombok is the only operator you should contact if you wish to see a glimpse of the real, authentic,wild and unspoiled Lombok. This is not going to be your classic tour. Chris is an exceptional host, who will teach you so many things about this wonderful island, he is kind, funny, inspired,amusing, nurturing and won't feel shy to push your limits a bit, showing you that getting out of your comfort zone can be really fun! I cannot reccomend Authentic Lombok enough, it's guarantee you won't be disappointed regardless of the activity you choose to do with them: whether it's the five secret gilis snorkeling, the cooking class or a customized tour of the island. This was definitely the highlight of our stay in Lombok! It's a unique opportunity you won't be presented elsewhere.

Wir haben mit drei Erwachsenen die Tour gebucht. Pick up im Hotel von Chris. Sehr unterhaltsame Fahrt zum Boot. Chris weiß alles über die Insel und hat uns während der Fahrt mit lokalen Spezialitäten versorgt. Am local Boot wurden wir von Amir empfangen. Nach einer Fahrt mit dem überdachten Boot haben wir an drei verschiedenen Stellen mit Gesichtsmasken geschnorchelt. Im Wasser immer sehr umsichtig begleitet von Amir. Eine bessere Begleitung kann man sich nicht vorstellen. Wir haben Wasserschildkröten, bunte Korallen, Seepferdchen, verschiedenste bunte Fische und Seesterne unterschiedlichster Art gesehen. Die leuchtend blauen Seesterne haben mich am Meisten beeindruckt und ich werde Sie für immer im Gedächtnis behalten. Barbara, Dietmar und Andy

Authentic Lombok Tour/ Anggrek Putih Cooking Class ..... tour was well-organized and guides/ boatmen esp Chris , were very patient especially with non- swimmers! They took us to the best spots for viewing sea turtles...beautiful corals and we also got to see seahorses. Overall...wonderful small group experience. Every step of the journey was well- planned. Chris placed the experience above everything else. Very thoughtful...we were provided with oleh2( takeaways - a box of delicious local Indo snacks and kuihs ) before starting our journey Entertained us with his awesome music selection during the trip back to our hotel. Stopped along the way back to hotel....for gorengan made up of awesome fried fritters,steamed corns etc Good communication during booking too. 6 stars Rating Chris! Stay crazy! We also tried the cooking class conducted by Chris’ wife Dewi which was very interesting as well.... it was conducted at a leisurely pace, fun & engaging. Went on a tour of Chris’ amazing garden and then learnt to make mouth-watering Indonesian dishes ...best of all ... we were able to savour the food we cooked and the impeccable hospitality of Chris and Dewi at their beautiful home. An afternoon well spent!

We just did a tour with Chris and his team, the price is higher than some other tours but it is the quality experience you get from the tour that makes it unique. They will take you to incredible spots (you won't see other tours there ) with the best untouched coral, fish, turtles, seahorses it's unbelievable. High quality equipment including full face snorkelling masks, and a foreigner owner who joins you on the trip who is knowledgeable and funny. Chris's boat guys are best in the business and will help and guide you in the water every step of the way. Even guests with very little swimming or snorkelling skills or confidence, will be well cared for and shown new skills to last a lifetime. Lastly what the other reviews have said about Chris are true. Honest, funny, one of kind guy who will make your day. Don't hesitate to book.

Pasamos un día mágico en Lombok gracias a Chris y su equipo. Son muy profesionales y conocen muy bien el lugar y la cultura. Aprendimos además de las delicias culinarias de Indonesia, probamos platos locales desde el desayuno hasta el regreso a casa. ? % recomendados! Además mi hija de 6 años nos acompaño y era su cumpleaños ? Chris nos ayudo a conseguir una torta y se aseguró que ella se sintiera muy special y segura y el agua.

Coming from Aus, we have pretty amazing beaches, but our day with Chris and the boys was next level. From buying us delicious (and Westerner-safe!) street food on the journey, to his epic DJ skills, to his understanding and love of the quieter, most beautiful and untouched spots on our private snorkel tour the whole day was an experience in "his" Lombok rather than just a snorkelling trip. Swam with turtles, ticked off a bucket list item with a seahorse, saw the most unspoiled coral I've found so far on our travels, was surrounded by tropical fish - thank you to Chris for the stories, Toto for the driving and local history, Adi and Amir for the boating and for jumping with us to show us the best of Lombok's Secret Gilis, and to all the boys for keeping us safe, laughing and engaged all day, you guys are the best. Highly, highly recommend.

We have done snorkeling tours for our honeymoon. This teams are awesome, amir and Zakaria really very good, he guide us hand by hand to be very secure.
